The team is working very hard and under lot of pressure. They are looking to make a positive change.
The amount of responsibilities and ELT's confidence in me. However, compensation not being in line creates the feeling of being considerably undervalued.
My responsibilities have increased drastically but no change to the compensation so far. Last two raises have been very minimal and bonus amount has not been great either. Both these combined, I strongly feel quite undervalued given amount of my responsibilities and my quality of work and leadership
