
Working from home and not being micro-managed.
They are very well-spoken people.
My team is great and we talk freely to each other. We know about each other's pets/dislikes/favorite foods and we are eager to help each other on a daily basis.
We need to be paid for our value. If someone is knowledgeable about our product and bringing a lot of value to the team, then they should be paid accordingly, whether they are in the commercial/operations/or any other team. We do not have enough support to handle all the internal questions....
I had a disturbing conversation with my friends this weekend, and found out I am the lowest paid person in my friend group. I am as qualified as all of my friends (if not more), and know that I work as hard as they do. More money would make me feel better.
