I have seen and been through a lot working here. It all boils down to the people you work with. Great people make great leaders and policy makers. I work with a lot of creative people who make working in the office interesting. There is always someone sharing something interesting they did, saw or heard.

They are very personable and genuinely interested in me and my wellbeing. Their non-ego personalities makes them approachable and easy to talk to. There is a sense of appreciation and camaraderie that comes from having gone through hard times together and can look back on all our accomplishments.
