
It's been a mix of positive and negative. I have grown in my career, and have been compensated well for my work. I have also experienced extremely long hours, late nights/weekends, high stress, high turnover, etc.
I have been given a lot of great opportunities to grow and advance. Despite the long hours and resource challenges, there was a time when I loved my job. However, the political divisiveness that has been brought to the company through the Diversity and Inclusion Committee is driving me out the door.
