Address real issues problems and concerns and stop towing the line .there's nothing wrong with stirring the pot if it makes Our company bet

Left hand doesnt know what the right hand is doing, doesn't take suggestions from vet employees, squeezes for time instead of fixing problem

Treat us like humans not robots! Talk to us like we are adults not children! Stop managing by intimidation it doesn't work!

No fixing numbers in their reports. They lie about production which leads the senior management to think we are doing ok

The way they treat and talk to employees about how we work. They also need to get better at respecting seniority.

Leadership... moral killers. Want way to much done on a deadline with Lack of employees. Employees moral is very bad.

Don't promote for demographic statistics, but rather quality of leadership that can help us advance and be better

Speaking up and not working scared....hire so more management so we can get adequate rest and solve problems.

What leadership? UPS throws you out to the wolves and hopes you can work miracles.

Listening to the people who know the job , and want to make improvements.

Communicating with professional language and decorum. Being respectful and recognizing seniority

Personal skills.ability to complete task that drivers are assigned to.

care about our personal life and family time

Time studies and dispatch. Total lie.
