Despite the challenging time in the company, multiple reorgs, and seemingly constant negative outlook, Wish has been a great place to learn by tackling large problems/scope, have had great colleagues, and great work-life balance. Pay is competitive, but stock decline has erased RSU value for most

Stock compensation remediation was weak. Comp increase for EE was just okay.
