Our products are fantastic and coworkers are great. Unrealistic expectations and bad contract drafting makes the Work/Life Balance touted by leadership a fantasy. Most employees overwork and underrepresent their hours because they feel preassured to do so. Bonus structure is a joke.
Overall the company had good benefits, great staff, and management is approachable. The issue is that we are often overworked and understaff. Too much demand and not enough employees.
Unlimited time off. Good Health Insurance.
Constant Communication of upcoming changes
Very open and like to collaborate. Knowledgeable, kind.
The few that I have worked with are pretty approachable.
My time is flexible. That is a great benefit
The most positive about the culture of the company is flexibility
Working with a great team makes me happy to come to work.
Minimal office politics. Managers and other employees want you to succeed.
Politeness, and that is all. Often we preach work life balance in meetings, but when the time comes, project managers ignore it.
Communication in projects is good. Outside of projects is hard, as remote employees get skipped from activities, promotions or participations to most comittees.
Easy communications. Most employees are willing to cooperate with one another. We have a few Divas, but is not prevalent like in some other companies.
I like innovation. I dislike that we change processes so much, and that we are so busy, that we have no time to attend new process emails and training without working crazy hours.
I feel valued sometimes, and undervalued many others. People say I am great to my job, but when I seek opportunities I am shut down, or items offered are changed without notice.
I like doing my role. The work is challenging, but fullfilling. I just wish our leadership had our backs more when customers have unrealistic expectations. These are often ignored, which cause very unrealistic SOW and a lot of overwork for all the internal project team.
There is a big disparity between people doing the same jobs. For example a consultant of similar experience does not get paid the same accross the board. When Promotions are given, the increases do not match the market median, but a percentage increase from current salary, which is ABSURD.
