
My main concern is executive team does not seem to want to ask the hard questions on what is really needed to improve. Nor do we have measurable goals beyond Sales/ARR.

Communication is frequent and they are willing to try new things and invest in growth.
Very caring team and all of the employee events. We have a bit of budget to do things as a team outside of work.
