Bonus structure is not in my control. Although I exceed my objectives the impact Sales has on my bonus compensation directly impacts the pool available. This causes a disincentive for the team who sees their contribution as secondary to the performance of the sales team.
Our team works hard and drives for excellence in all aspects of what we do. There are no slackers in the team and we all help each other to be successful. When areas of need surface - we usually have people jumping in to solve without being asked.
