
They are very down to earth, doesn't seem to be anyone out just for themselves. So a good team spirit.
Comparing salary to others with the same role in the business (in the US)/the same role at other companies, there is a massive difference and it feels very unfair. Especially with the new global staffing model as we are now all working on the same projects.
A lack of well thought out process around our delivery model. I know it is being worked on at the moment but still haven't seen much traction on changes to requirements gathering, project stages, training, implementation. Or how this all links back to current product changes/direction.
