The amount of drama and negative energy and "not fair" statements, makes it hard to want to be in an office. On top of the pressure "to succeed" at a quick/alarming pace.
There are new people coming in and being paid more, or the same as a 3 year consultant. The opportunity to grow is based on who gets what project first, and is held against you when trying to advance your career.
If the attitude requested isn't met with the same attitude (positve or negative) then there is a dark mark placed on those individuals. It's hard for a new employee to speak with legacy employee's, without getting a long drawn out story as to why the "current process is horrible".
