Very positive. I feel middle management really cares and does a lot to make sure the work experience if positive. Upper management seems to thing that everything resolves around sales. We were seriously set back on the progress of a major project in order to work on sales demos.

Expectations of completing a 2 year project in 1 year. Last minute scramble to get everything done, but having to cut corners and make less than optimal solutions because of time constraints.

Flexible schedule. I can work from several different offices, or home if necessary. I can come in at times that generally fit my schedule, and leave generally when I need to in order to live my non-work life with relative ease of scheduling.
