my manager is helping to level out the compensation, however i feel a bit underpaid for my role and responsibilities

wages are far lower than the skillset and responsibilities reflect. This is the only portion of the job that makes me feel undervalued.
My Pay has increased with the help of my manager, however it still is low for the market. I see this often with others that have tenure as well.
