My annual compensation is above average to industry avg. Outside of pay, there are no other benefits. Other companies offer discount programs with 3rd parties. Unclear what additional benefits there are other than what is in my contract.
Investment in resource and tools to do our job better. Stop attempting to deliver Enterprise-grade work without the Enterprise investment in people and resources. Staff are overworked. Hire genuine/trustworthy senior leaders who show more empathy and less self-interest.
As per earlier comment - if there was a clear Business Strategy that all BU's aligned too there would be better alignment and less friction due to everyone having different priorities. Also some long-term incumbent staff are lazy leaving other employees to pick up slack, Greater accountability!
1. A clear and well-informed business strategy that all BU's are aligned to. 2. Remove silos - greater collaboration and rapport between BU's. 3. Encourage new ideas from new staff and empower - incumbent staff afraid of change and bully 4. Stop protecting long term staff who don't deliver/perform
