Although this is the best company in terms of benefits I've ever worked for, my last manager was far superior to the one I have now. It's a shame that this company doesn't want to work with employees to align with their career goals, and they're losing good employees because of it.

I really like how down to earth our CEO is. I think it's great to see and hear some more personable language coming from the top, where they relate to everyone they talk to and have positive attitudes that match their characters.

It's not necessarily that my coworkers have anything to improve upon, but it's more so that I don't think our personalities all mesh very well. I'd say I'm by far the most progressive personality in my department, and others are fairly conservative, which puts personal differences on the table.
