The wages are fair and there are other ways to earn bonuses and incentives (i.e. referral bonus)

Communication - we have a number of scheduled meetings with the Company or Global Services, down to our department level. We have ways to "Ask the CEO" anonymously and it is interesting to see what is on peoples' minds.
