I love it, but one thing makes it difficult for my mental health. I only get 10 days off a year. The rest of my coworkers get 16 days at least, since they were grandfathered in, so I feel isolated. It's nearly impossible to accrue and keep sane. Please raise the PTO. Mental health is important.

Everyone seems to enjoy the work that they do

Everyone seems driven to achieve the goals of the company, and it makes the experience enjoyable.

Everyone is friendly with one another and able to joke around. It's really an awesome environment.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The pay is fair, and the ability to work hourly given increased workload/requirements is really nice when available.

I now enjoy how much PTO I received as a result of how long I have worked at the company.

They are all very invested in making the projects succeed and motivated to ensure that everyone is succeeding as well.

I enjoy the people that I interact with, and the work that I do is very mentally stimulating and varied

The insurance is very good for what is offered, and the new PTO policy is leaps and bounds better than last year.

Every part of the leadership team is religiously invested in making the company succeed to the best of their ability, and I respect that.

I enjoy the small business unit culture of my team, and as a result, we are able to collaborate and achieve our project goals with high success

Equal to the leadership team, everyone is fairly committed to the goals of the project at hand. They are all a blast to chat with while working as well.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The most positive is how I can easily interact with others in the business unit without fear of demeaning or condescending behaviour towards me about not knowing the answer to a question.
What makes you most happy at work?
What makes me most happy is getting to experience something new everyday. Whether it be a new project design or assisting with business development, there is always something to work on that is engaging and fulfilling.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I enjoy the attention to detail when it comes to involving people down the chain in decisions that affect the company as a whole. For example, the Ask the CEO monthly discussion and the recently introduced R&D funding concept.
What makes you most happy at work?
The challenges that I and others provide solutions to every day lead me to feel immensely satisfied with the work that I do, and as a result the challenges that I and others face is what makes me the most happy.
