Overall experience is good. The amount of PTO seems small if the company says they are combining sick leave & paid days off. The amt of service years needed to move up to the next accrual level is rather aggressive. Defined LCATs to promote advancement within the company.

Overall extremely happy with my company and my coworkers. Internal communication needs work, specifically when multiple sites are working on programs together. This is an absolute downfall within this company.

AEVEX as a whole has some work to do. The organization within this company has changed multiple times over the past years. With constant change and never knowing where you lie within a company, it becomes very frustrating. This most recent org change has been very messy and was done very poorly.

My experience at AEVEX has been rocky for over a year. Constant restructuring with little to no guidance or explanation of what is changing and when, to the point that even people higher up have no idea what is going on or where we fall within the company. Lack of investment in the whole company.

Always working together and no one ever having the mentality of 'that's not my job'

Teamwork and integrity within the office. I know I can count any each and every person here.

Company goals are not widely known or dispersed. Information disseminated from VPs or higher are very little to nonexistent.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My job title and responsibilities are two different jobs but I don't feel that I am compensated for both.

I currently have two roles that I fulfill but am not compensated appropriately. Every time I discuss this with my manager nothing comes from it.

Teamwork. Not one person will ever say 'that is not my job' in my office. We are all here to help each other no matter the task.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Providing information on company goals and providing a clearer line on the organization of the company, especially with the Org changes made within the past 6 months.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am underpaid based off my job description that holds two titles. Those two titles put me at a lower pay scale despite performing two separate jobs.
