Solving a realistic problem daily ; customer support; growing as a team and make more cash flow to company

Less PM allows budget to find and hire more qualified engineers. Today, we are ending up hiring level C-D engineer

"Ask me Anything"; it is a window for me to share my thought. Just writing them down give me a break

Some of them work as supposed to be, and some does not even show up to work for weeks/months and even years .. it is a charity organization for them

Unfortunately, it is hard to answer to this question at this time; hope to have a better answer next yar. For this year, we are in rebuilding the team and it is very hard to find a high-integrate and accountable team .
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Clear and transparent; however, what I missed is still the overall vision of the company ('saving life' cannot be a goal; as nobody routine jobs outside is to kill others !) - I mean, the goal must be more clear .. the vision and strategy development is also all unclear (at least for me)

"too many chiefs and not enough Indians"; we have so many fat layers of PM (program manager, project manager, product manager). I confirm that there are many good of them, but many of them around me are just absolute waste. They don't know even basic of our jobs, but they hold the project moving for
