I enjoy working with highly motivated individuals that continue to work hard everyday to see the outcome of these important projects. I feel I am important in my role with Aevex and with this my ambitions are high to motivate others as well.

It feels unfair that while production operates on a schedule requiring over 60+ of overtime throughout the year, we are expected to compensate with fewer than 45 hrs a week with salaries that are not comparable . I feel that awards and recognition are influenced by favoritism over merit of perform
