Our chief of engineering is one of the best engineers I've ever had the pleasure of working with.

Every one of them is open to personally respond to you. They make you feel like part of a team.

I believe that our top leadership team is open to suggestions and has implemented an IRAD program that employees can be involved in.

We are a small company that doesn't have a lot of "red tape" like larger companies allowing us to design, build and fly much faster.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The best part of our compensation package to me is the amount of Holidays we get off. The ability to shift "floating" holidays around allows flexibility in when we use them.

The most positive thing about the culture and environment at our company is they instill the values of accountability, integrity, tenacity, excellence and teamwork to make people strive to do their best.
