In the year that I have been with the company there have been highs and lows. I can not say it has all been good/secure but where I am now I feel secure and appreciated.

Overall I am pleased with the company. The compensation could be better regarding workload to comp ratio.

My coworkers are down to earth and make me feel very comfortable in the office.

The ability to speak to my manager freely and problem solve issues as they arise.

I like that my leadership team is approachable. I can talk with them about any issues

Failing forward. The environment does not chastise failure and encourages each other to pick up and keep going
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Yes. The work to compensation does equate to feeling valued. Raises were not performance-based. Taking performance into consideration is important to me.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compensation should be based on performance. The last raise was only based on market compensation. Performance evaluation was not based on the job that I do and more so on the description. This is a step in the right direction, but it does feel like the performance could be more valued.
