Great place to work. People seem to care about you as a person, management is great. Medical/dental coverage could be better as well as the PTO hours accrued each pay period. Otherwise, it's a great place to work.

Great company worh growth potential but you have to be willing to put in over 8 hours a day sometimes

Communication regarding employee turnover could be better. That would eliminate speculation and fear in other employees. Professional Development could increase back to what it used to be and wellness benefit could also be increased to keep up with the inflation of education & gym membership costs.

Healthy eating is encouraged ans supported. The snacks and drinks provided in the office are much appreciated and are a great perk.

I don't have much interaction with the leadership team on a regular basis. Only if there is an issue that needs to be discussed.

The support that I am providing to the customer which in turn supports our country. The work we do on a daily basis, makes me happy
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It's not necessarily the actual earned wages that make me feel undervalued as much as is it the fact that the cost of living is extremely high in California which makes the value of the dollar less. I'm happy with the executive team, my manager and the supporting staff.
