The company has supported me in my career within the company. It has been amazing being able to talk to many higher managers within the company about how best to be successful and aid in the success for the company.

That we have the ability to have a conversation and complete tasks at hand quickly. That we all have each others backs to ensure mission success.

That you are the only person that holds you back from progression and success within the company. The company encourages people to succeed and grow within the company.

The fact that promotion from within is highly sought after. It is great to be able to grow within a company and continue to grow as a person and leader.

That we are on the sane page most of the time. And we are able to have an open and honest conversation with each other and come to a conclusion quickly.

The end of the day! The knowing that I am working for the team I support down range and their families at home. Knowing that I am doing everything I can to support them.

The fact that we can talk about work and personal life and not have the two mixed together. And the ability to read each other and assist in a variety of ways, work and personal life.

The fact that we can work our schedule that best suites and fits what needs to be accomplished. We are always available during normal work hours, but can adjust if needed to fit other work requirements.

Knowing that I am taking care of the team I support and they have what they need. Being able to support their families if needed. Ensuring the team I support know the direction of the company.

That they allow the team to think for themselves and give them the latitude to act on the thoughts. They allow the team to make decisions and execute them. They provide guidance when asked, and praise the team when successful. They hold every team member to the same standard.
