It's a good company with good leaders. I like not having a boss over my shoulder constantly, autonomy is important to me

successfully completing challenging tests and events
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Open communication (i.e. ask anything)
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The free medical is nice I suppose, but I don't need it.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We're mostly self contained and get things done without a lot of oversight required.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
It's not the AEVEX that is the issue, but some of the others we work with.
