Great! I've gotten along with everyone, and everyone else seems to also get along with each other. It is a very welcoming environment and it's easy to come to work with a smile every day.

I like the yearly money allowed for schooling.

My coworkers who I have a lot in common with and enjoy their company/worksmanship.

My team is small and well put together. I feel that everyone brings something different to the table.

My team, specifically, has a great record of communication when it comes to any work related tasks, issues, or updates.

The communication and quality of care that is put into all efforts. Training, work, and general interactions are genuine and informative.

The people are a huge part. I love the team we have here. I could have the busiest of days and still leave with a smile because I enjoyed the knowledge and personability of everyone.

Everyone is motivated. I've honestly never felt that anyone here is lazy or tries to put things off when they have the time to accomplish them. I've actually had to request work be turned over to my shift..
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The 401K with the base pay is a great pull for me personally. I came from a company with a higher 401k match percentage, but a lower base pay. When the math is done, Aevex beats my old company overall in 401k contributions.
