Very good overall. The worst part of my job is being forced to write "work goals" when my real goal is not to have to make up work goals. Forcing employees to lie about goals they don't care about does nothing for them. The ONLY thing I hear my coworkers really complain about is forced Goals.

overall very great experience, however some parts have constantly been a challenge such as dealing with HR or anything pay related. every part of my team seems to constantly have issues with them.

interacting with coworkers and making a positive difference in peoples lives.

Most of the team is very competent and easy to work with.

The leadership team seems to genuinely care about the wellbeing of the employees

There is a feeling that we can do any technological advancements that the customer wants or needs. There is a great willingness to be exceptional.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I can rely on the vast majority of my co-workers and I know most of them will not shirk their duties so i have to pick up the slack.
What makes you most happy at work?
Making a positive impact on peoples lives with the work that we do. We positively effect a lot of peoples lives in a way that they do not understand.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I believe that they try to keep their employees happy in general but it is not their primary concern. IE chasing new contracts and using most of the resources available to get the new contracts and not making current contracts run more smoothly and improving products to ensure we retain the contract
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
More compensation is always nice. I feel the issue is that we keep being asked to do more and more work for the same compensation to save the company money, with little appreciation headed the employees way. We have to make due. It doesn't look good to our customers and can effect the contract.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
With inflation especially in the last couple years I am making less money. I have not received a pay raise to keep up with inflation in the past 3 years. I have received a few awards with my work ethic and no compensation to reflect this. I should not work harder and receive less.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The holidays and sick pay we get do not apply to me. My team and I travel for work, and the holidays and sick pay only apply when I am at work traveling and already getting paid for being there on the holiday. If i am home for a holiday or sick when i am home i do not get paid.
