My overall experience is positive because I work hard to maintain a positive perspective. However, I do not feel fairly compensated for the amount of value that I bring. Leadership at multiple levels do a poor job of advocating for those under them and the needs that continue to be communicated.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel that my skillset and work ethic are beyond my pay scale. The benefits package is also very costly and the health insurance is not accepted at many locations.

The amount of work I'm requested to do has increased dramatically, both in general workload and in importance to company success while my compensation and title have gone largely unchanged for over two years. And no additional support has been put in place to assist.
