My overall experience at AEVEX has been extremely positive. So much so that if asking to move to another company for contract reasons, I wouldn't want to. The executive management team is accessible and extremely down to earth. I'm so happy I choose to work for AEVEX!
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The ability to collect Cell phone and gym credits. The apparel that's provided by the company is a big moral booster.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is open, honest and straight to the point. They address all issues that are brought up by employees in a timely manner.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
For being a company that's largely separated by distance you still feel apart of the team with the apparel that's provided, the communications and the support is readily available when you need it.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to do my job without little or no supervision and having my managers trust and support us. They understand that we're making decisions to support how to do our work best and not what's best for our personal needs.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Our LNO team is so tight knit that we forget we're coworkers most of the time. We're open, honest, hard working and extremely proactive. This is the type of team it'll be hard to ever leave. Having the people that are always willing to do what needs to be done to get the job done.
