Experience with AEVEX is somewhat limited, as mentioned, and our team is fairly disconnected from the company, due to working at customer site and that there are relatively few of us. What interaction I do have with AEVEX is positive.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Medical coverage is decent and on par with other companies.
What makes you most happy at work?
Again, doesn't apply to AEVEX as a whole. Applies more to the customer site. Again, not a great place to work.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They seem to be aware that good communication is fundamental to engaging employees and seem to want to follow through with providing good communication.
