What makes you most happy at work?

Having a good team around me. It makes the sometimes hectic work a lot easier to handle.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

My site leadership trusts the line analysts judgements. We are allowed to work pretty independently and help is provided when needed and necessary.

What are some of the best things about your team?

We know how to do our job and do not require micromanagement. Demspite the lack of trust with site leadership from the PM team, everybody pulls their weight and exceeds the customers expectations EVERY SINGLE DAY.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

PM Team: Communication. Up till about 2 weeks ago, there was no communication from the PM team about the new Aries contract. Everything we heard was rumor coming from SMX. We still don't have clear guidance on roles and responsibilities since SMX is taking a larger role in the contract.
