It has been wonderful. I came from active duty and within 3 months I was spun up and in country doing the job. All the information I get is clear and concise. If I have any issues they are always fixed quickly and I feel like I can reach out to anyone if I still need help
What makes you most happy at work?
I'm doing a real mission and helping real people. Job satisfaction doesn't get better then that

Everyone communicates well, everyone shows up for what ever task we have even if it only requires one person.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I think the opportunity to have school paid for is huge but the option to get new gear once a year is a life saver as well
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The willingness of everyone around me to help me if I don't know how to do something. No one has an ego everyone is just focused on mission success
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Honestly just how on top of it they are and the fact I get treated like an adult. We get feedback continually so everything that needs to be done gets done.
