This is one of the better contracts out there for sof mrdics. My only concern is that corporate doesnt understand how valuable having the right guys on the team is. The value of having guys with mil career experience fighting to get the mission over the AD teams is not quantifiable but critical

The individuals on my team and the living conditions at DFS for sure
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They let us focus on the job. They take care of the topside so we dont have to. They understand how important maintining high morale at the team level directky affects the mission
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are experienced PJs that were vetted within the community. Not just any random PJs, but the good ones. Retention is an issue on other contracts when this is overlooked as extremely important
