Getting better as time goes. Promoting from within has its plus and minuses. Some individuals, although good analyst were not experienced in leadership and caused under the radar issues. The natural selection of ISR has weeded most of them out and the staff is beginning to be true leaders.

A lot of older personnel have worked the ladder in ISR. While not all realize the wealth of knowledge, I use them as another tool in my tool box daily.
