We're all open minded and supportive. It feels like we're in the same office although most of us work in different time zones.

Everyone puts the mission first, and continues to maintain the feel of family and comradery, which makes it easy to work for AEVEX.

My team and our ability to take someone else's "fire drill" and turn them into well oiled solution for the other employee or the end-customer.

We are all a family of intelligent people that have a mission focused mentality. We can get the work done while enjoying the day to day together.

The leadership team embodies AEVEX's culture and that is infectious. They create an environment for employees to be empowered to work hard for the customer and our company.

Across the board, I feel comfortable asking questions and never feel put down or silly for asking. Top notch team and I'm proud to be a part of it.

The proposal team has incredible adaptability. We work with 3 (soon to be 2) on our team and we manage tasking as it comes to ensure we get it out concisely and on-time.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I trust them. I hear them make mention of what their goals for the team and company are and I watch them takes steps to execute it. They communicate clearly and continuously check in to make sure that the staff is happy and has all adequate equipment to perform our duties.
