Aevex is a great company to work for, the only issue is with the IKAHNA executives that still run this division of Aevex. They show a lack of care for the employees. An example of this is hangers that have no AC even though in the summer the temperature gets routinely above 110 degrees outside.

We are not micromanaged and because of this we are able to work in an environment were we can make our own decisions.
