So far, my overall experience has been a positive one. I really enjoyed getting to know everyone and them getting to know me. I was made to feel welcome and a part of the team from day one.

My overall experience is positive but with all things there are negative things as well. As long as the positive out ways the negative, I'm happy!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The most positive thing is the work/life balance.

Knowing that people depend on me

Everyone gets along and supports each other whenever possible.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
What I like best about the leadership team is that there is constant forward movement.
What makes you most happy at work?
I am most happy when I can provide support to accomplish a significant task or goal or event.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The most positive thing is that everyone has a great attitude and sense of humor. Very easy going environment to work in.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel as though my level of experience is more valuable than my current compensation. I hope to have proven myself as an asset, during my first 90 days and possibly considered for a pay increase.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is pleasant to work with and tries their best to be helpful and team players. There is a common understanding that we are all busy and may not be able to support as we like to due to that.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
What I like best is the leadership team is constantly working towards meeting common goals. Every problem ends with a team vetted solution. The leadership team has a wealth of knowledge and collectively forms a dynamic group. I am lucky to be able to support such a team.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I come to AEVEX with a lot of experience and I feel in my short time here I have proven myself to be a valuable asset to the team. I do not know the compensation policy but I would like to have a conversation regarding what my future salary plan is.
