I appreciate the company and being part of a meaningful project but I feel the company is not competitive with 401K matching, paid time off/ maternity leave, and lower salaries. I do enjoy the work the company is able to perform and the people the company hires.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Pay is not commensurate or competitive with current market rate. I am hopeful AEVEX can see this and adjust in the future.

The compensation is low compared to other companies with the same opportunities. Not very competitive in terms of base salary and 401K matching contributions.

We are more of a family than coworkers. I appreciate the broad diversity of backgrounds everyone brings to the table which promotes a much more collaborative environment.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Teammates come from all walks of life with a variety of different skillsets and vision making for a vary collaborative environment. They also have become in essence a second family.
