The leadership at the company is very toxic. They do not hold employees accountable for issues that other companies would fire someone for. Additionally, some of their leaders are very toxic and manage through fear and intimidation. I do not feel my contributions are valued or respected.

My direct supervisor is pleasant to deal with.

I enjoy interacting with some of my co-workers.

I don't have alot of positive things to say about the leadership team I come into contact with.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Leadership needs to hold those accountable who are failing the company. Instead they tend to promote and reward those people.
