With now 4+ years as an AEVEX employee it has been exciting to participate in the expansion of the company and see AEVEX open up into new markets. The work is challenging at times, but rewarding to be at the front with products that deliver safety around the world. I look forward to continued growth

There are few dull moments. Everyone seems to have an eye on the ball and work together to move it forward.

The culture is fast paced and the environment is good for developing products and solutions, which results in ability to support noble missions around the world
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Overall I can't complain, but I did go for some time without any discussion about compensation despite questions. More information about the path moving forward is needed.
