Honesty and openness. Leadership is very clear as to where they want to take AEVEX over the next couple years and relay that message to me.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Honesty and the willingness to discuss uncomfortable topics. All Teams have problems, but the willingness to discuss and work out those problems is what makes my AEVEX team exceptional. We have had many challenges over the past year...but we have worked through them.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Culture is excellent...Team is focused on the mission and our ability to get products and services to the End User. There are lots of barricades to delivering critical capability quickly, my Team finds ways to make that happen -- overcoming Customer and internal seemingly bureaucratic obstacles.
