Based on my past experience, I know that other companies compensate better for the same position, duties, and responsibilities.

They really try to maintain a work environment that is inclusive of most people and devoid of controversy and overreaction.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I wished to be a deployed team member as that work schedule is a better match for my desired lifestyle and the compensation is also better. Unfortunately, I was told there were no OCONUS positions available.
