My overall experience has been pretty good. For me, the biggest thing that I appreciate about my company is that my two managers are quick to respond to any concerns/suggestions. Have taken time out of their day without question to assist me. Those are key pieces to feeling like a team.
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
It's been a good experience. I have very minimal interaction with the company. I think that largely has to do with our overall schedule- so I cannot give a solution to improving this. Just happens to be my experience.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I like the Healthcare benefits, and 401k

Accomplishing goals/task and making a difference.

Seeing my coworkers. They're fantastic.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
I barely talk to my leadership. I know one of them, and he is a rockstar. If there are others, I haven't spoken to them
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The openness, their timely responses to questions, concerns etc. It's nice to have leadership you do not interact regularly, still be invested in your career and professional growth
What are some of the best things about your team?
with the exception of a few members, I LOVE that we all have a common goal, work the same hours, and have a comradery that is hard to find in other workplaces
What are some of the best things about your team?
Driven to accomplish the same goal. If it wasn't for them, I would have honestly considered leaving this job a while ago. They're what keeps people. Not the client, or the employer.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I really appreciate the communication. It's hard sometimes to feel motivated/apart of the team when you do not hear from leadership. And so the fact that they take the time to do so, means a lot.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel very undervalued. Talking to individuals from other companies, we are clearly underpaid. Does not matter if i'm their boss on the team, or they're brand new. They make similar, if not more than I do even having more experience both, on the program, and professionally.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I do not have daily, or biweekly interaction with the company. Again, it is my coworkers that are the most positive part of the job. Which is great, that's the way it should be. But they are picking up the most of the slack for overall job dissatisfaction
