Overall experience is positive, theres ebs and flow, needs to be improvement with payroll and the anount of errors or missed paychecks. But I am grateful nonetheless

AEVEX is a great company, but my specific position could be going away at any point. There are several things that are impacting the current position so I'm just grateful for each day

Theyve improved communication and do ehat thry can to fix issues such as pay. When payroll isnt right, which happens frequently.

Our contract doesnt allow for days off, its just the nature of the beast. Working 7 days a week gets tiresome
