In all, this is currently my first real and most likely ONLY job for my career as of right now. I'm currently pursuing the STEM field in school and am 1000% will to work for the engineering team when the time comes!
What makes you most happy at work?
The environment, culture, coworkers.. and ping pong! Haha!
What are some of the best things about your team?
Like stated earlier, there's no bad blood and more of a brotherhood. It's very nice having a work culture like this.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Nothing beats the laid back but busy work culture. We get what we need done and never in a stressful way.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Its an entry level job so the amount im getting is not something to be complaining about! And the fact that theres room to grow!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Its more of a brotherhood than a management system. They need me to get something done and I do. And it's never in a tyrannical way.
