There are a lot worst places I could be. The company has made strides in focusing on compensation, improving process, and diversifying its strategic future focus. The people are really good at AEVEX for the most part and thats hard to find.

They show empathy and are accessible and seem to care about each employee.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
As much as it is possible with people dispersed, the company does a good job of employee events, and team building. There's a lot of collaboration thats easy to work with other departments and when I travel frequently to other offices I am welcomed and treated nicely.
