Dedication to the mission, and a willingness to care for teammates, professionally and personally.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Salary is competitive, and the holiday/leave policies are good. Folks need to have their time to rest for the purpose of balance.
What makes you most happy at work?
Delivering a product to the customer that meets or exceeds the mark. Interacting with my co-workers as a team to get things done. Strategizing a plan for our team's growth, and taking steps to execute that plan.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I think the recognition that motivated people can burn themselves out matters. AEVEX seems to have policies that give people the flex to deal with stress, both inside and outside of work. This allows employees to be more focused and productive overall. Not all companies and organizations do this.
