My overall experience has been okay. There has a been a lot of changes and it doesn't seem it's in the best interest of the employees. It seems now we are stepping away from a great culture we used to have and that family feeling. To now a more advanced corporate world. Learning has became better.

Having PTO is really good

I like the floor leads. They do a great job with providing information and keeping all the negativity out of the air

The most positive thing about our culture is, having a group of people that realize we are a family and the corporate world can't take that away from us

The things that make me the most happy at work is having people im close with work with me. They help keep great positivity and keep the original culture we had built before the merge
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
They need to take more accountability of their work and stop depending on others to fix their mistakes after they leave. Once they truly tried to learn and took this job serious. THings would be a lot different
