My experience was amazing when I first started. It didn't feel like a job for a while. Felt like the higher ups really cared about you and your family. Once we moved to our new facility it hasn't felt the same. It feels like it's became a lot more corporate.
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
It has been fun and have learned a bunch. Just sucks when you work so hard and accomplish so much and the higher ups take away lunch/snacks. Takes the moral out of the team. Seems like you work so hard just to get nice things taken away

Work really hard but have a good time doing it

my manager is amazing and really cares about the people he leads. The higher ups from him not so much

They are fun to be around we joke and have fun but also work super hard to get the mission accomplished

We care about each other and how everyone is doing not just at work but outside of work as well. At least at the team level.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My lead really cares about all of the people they are in charge of and holds us accountable but also has everyone's back. like a true leader.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Getting a 1$ raise which doesn't even match 2023 inflation which is 3.4%. Especially when you work extremely hard to execute the mission. Also transitioning into a new section with a lot more responsibilities and not getting a pay raise or increase in PTO.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are more of a family than co workers. We have each others back and help each other as much as we can. We stay until the mission is accomplished. We're hard working and can learn extremely fast. I am honored and extremely proud of the work we accomplish as a family.
