As the company has grown we have lost the quality and personality that we had a year ago. There is a lack of understanding on multiple levels about why quality matters.

have not interacted enough with new leadership to form an opinion
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Understand that saying "we will try harder next time" is not acceptable answer in the scope of responsibility that they have. Hire people to do the job for the mission, not the money.
